It’s Spring: Time for a Change

Spring has sprung so we decided it was time to make a few changes at as well.  While we’ll still be bringing you self-care tips to create a  healthier and saner life, we’ll be blogging on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for now.  This way you’ll have more time to digest each post before the next appears.  Also as part of our personal self-care practice, we’re slowing down some.

Monday we’ll give you our thoughts for the week, and on Wednesday we’ll  be inviting guest authors to provide their perspectives on livingselfcare.  Maybe you have something you’d like to say.  We’d love to to hear from any member of our community who’s interested.  If you are, leave a comment with your e-mail address so we can contact you.  Likewise, if you have a topic or issue you’d like for us to write about, let us know.

Fridays will still be about having fun to start the weekend off right.  While self-care can be serious business, humor and light-heartedness are important to include.  Feel free to send us funny videos, photos, or stories you’ve found which made you smile so we can enjoy a good laugh together.
